Recently married Seth Meyers and wife Alexi Ashe attended the Worldwide Orphans Gala dinner on Monday evening where both enjoyed a delicious and extravagant dinner. This dinner serves the personal interests of Seth’s wife Alexi, who is a human rights lawyer.
They enjoyed their evening with many jokes and laughter with their fellow diners while playfully donning wacky glasses. While waiting for their food, Seth Meyers and Alexi Ashe both put on a pair of glasses with blue glasses frames to try to get some laughs from the people sitting at their table. The glasses frames closely resembled the frames found on the glasses that Harry Potter wears in his movie series.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise to those that are aware of Seth Meyer’s comedy work on Saturday Night Live. This dinner comes at a time where Seth Meyers is preparing to take over Jimmy Fallon’s position as the host of Saturday Night Live.
The display of colorful glasses at the dinner should tell onlookers of the silly nature of Seth Meyers. While the glasses were not fashion glasses, they still managed to attract some attention from fellow gala-attendees.
